Returns:
For whatever reason that you want to return the items bought from us, return it in it's original box, original wraps and unused condition, within 14 days of receiving the items based on the date of the DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. We will refund you the price you paid for the items less 20% re-stocking fee. Buyer pays for the return shipping, we do not refund shipping fees nor exchange items. email us to request a RMA FORM, or we can not process your refund. RMA number is only valid for 12 days from issue date, Any returned items that do not meet the requirements of this return policy and/or with an expired RMA number may be refused or receive no credit.
